Online Orders:

Orders placed on TeraFlex.com are for shipments being delivered within the United States only. For International orders, please see a list of our International Dealers.

 

Payment:

All listed prices are in U.S. currency. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, or PayPal.

 

Shipping:

All in-stock items will be shipped the next business day (TeraFlex is closed Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays)

Please be aware that weather and other conditions beyond our control may also cause delays.

To reduce customer shipping costs some products may be shipped in multiple boxes, and may arrive on different days.

Items indicated as truck freight will be delivered as a pallet shipment. Truck freight delivery times may take longer than traditional boxed shipping.

 

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by calling TeraFlex Customer Service at 801-713-3314. Once your item has shipped, your order cannot be canceled and it will be considered a return and subject to the returns policy below.

 

Returns:

No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products. All returned items must have been purchased directly from TeraFlex within the last 30 days.

An RMA number must be obtained by calling TeraFlex Customer Service at 801-713-3314. The RMA number must be included with the return. Only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund. RMA’s expire 30 days after being issued. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to TeraFlex in any way.

All items must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of installation, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

A restocking fee of up to 25% may be subtracted from your refund in the case of product that requires repackaging or has damaged or missing components. Note that all shipping charges, including any original shipping charges, are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims:

If a TeraFlex product fails to function properly while in use under normal conditions within the warranty period you may be eligible for warranty. You must call TeraFlex Customer Service at 801-713-3314 to initiate a warranty claim. A copy of the original invoice must be included as part of the proof of purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the product from the vehicle. TeraFlex will not reimburse labor for product installation or removal. Inbound shipping charges (from you to us) are the responsibility of the customer. TeraFlex Inc. will pay the return freight on warrantied items.

 

Damages:

Please immediately inspect your purchase upon delivery. Any shipping damages must be reported to TeraFlex within 7 days by calling TeraFlex Customer Service at 801-713-3314. Shipping Damages noted after 7 days cannot be submitted for claim. Please retain all packaging and send photos if possible. All damage claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase or original invoice.
